I love the physiological aspect of MBT footwear! I have a heel spur on the left foot and when I wear my MBTs, the discomfort disappears. The Ema in chocolate is pretty and extremely comfortable. The accentuating color is described as orange, but it is not a bright orange, very subdued and will look great with all colors. I plan on living in these when I babysit my five month old granddaughter next week while her parents are on vacation!

Love the MBT Bomoa. I have several other pairs of MBTs - they are one of the only shoes I can wear these days that supports my feet well enough to do long walks. This is the first pair that is actually kind of cute - they don't look like "my crazy walking shoes", which is what my son calls my other MBTs. I find that the fit is exactly the same as my other MBTs, which is 1/2 size bigger than my "regular" shoes. Am saving up for the brown pair, too!

Not totally used to these yet. I normally wear flat loafer style shoes with orthotic inserts; Taking a bit to get used to such a large 'sole'; being taller; Feels a little goofing rolling heel to toe as I walk; Need more time to get used to them. It has been a month and I've worn them 1-2 times per week; I'll write back after a few more months. I do like that when I am 'standing' waiting somewhere, I feel a little stretch (and hence I begin to add to the stretch) on the back of my legs - that can only be good for me.

I thought I was a huge MBT fan. I have a pair of sandals that I never took off all summer. They just seemed to soothe my back. These tennis shoes have been a disaster for me. To get the proper length I had to get a little bit larger. When I got larger, the heel is entirely too wide and slips. I made the mistake of keeping them, thinking I could use heel grips. I'm now stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes that I can't wear.

I heard about these shoes and people raving about them but refused to pay the money for them! Well I broke down after I was told I could return them if i didn't like them. I also have a bodybugg and have tracked my calories being burned walking in running shoes and in my MBT's. My MBT's burn 8 calories per minute and running shoes only 4 calories per minute. PLUS it really does tone your legs.
