The MBT Fora is the 3rd pair of MBTs I have owned. I am usually a size 7.5 and my MBT Klima boots are an 8.5 and my MBT Chapas (which I am now going to toss in favor of my Foras)are an 8. I wear the Klimas in the winter and they are perfect for long walks with my dog. Over time, I have come to realize that the Chapas are too small and I should have bought them in an 8.5. My toes slam against the end of the shoe and by the time I really examined that, it was too late to return them. I have worn the Chapas in the past 2 springs/summers and they are not very breathable. For serious walkers, this makes for very sweaty feet. Now on to the Foras. I LOVE THEM! I bought them in black, size 8.5 and they are perfect. The body of the shoe is entirely mesh so I am hoping in the summer, there will be more breathability than the heavier Chapas. I have finally found the MBT that works for me. The Koshi fits just right, doesn't look clunky, and feels great. The sole is not as thick as other styles. I like it that I can just slip it on my foot, too, as I wanted a pair of MBTs I could slip my feet into first thing in the morning to avoid that awful plantar fasciitis pain. These are it! I had to go to a different website to find them as Zappos hasn't had them in my size for a long time. I have tried out quite a few different MBT styles over the past months, and none of them fit just right--they were either too tight or too loose in the heel. These are great and I can adjust the strap around my heel so there is no slippage. The style works with slacks as well as skirts and can be worn barefoot, also. I hope these aren抰 being discontinued.

Ok I have to say...., as ALWAYS...ROCKS beyond my expectations! We are talking about year after year, and from the buzz around town....I am not alone. But I digress. So, been wearing MBT's for a few years and LOVE them. really needed new ones and was concerned with all the PR Hype that they were no longer the front runner in the Masai Technology. Here's the scoop: The newer versions aren't watered down....they are PUMPED UP! I had no idea! They are so comfortable with so much arch support and I am BLOWN away.

GHD straighteners are very light and give a very sleek finish. Not sure how the compare to other straighteners though

I was so enthusiastic I started briskly walking part of the way to work every day (appx 2 miles).
