Love the idea of how MBT shoes work like no other fitness type shoes, however, the design is somewhat flawed. I own several styles and have tried around a dozen other MBT styles but they almost all have the same design flaw: The toe box is narrow and small on almost every style with 1 exception, the sport 2 style which is quite unattractive but is actually sized very wide and large with a roomy toe box. I ordered Sport 2 because I have been in contact with the company about the small, narrow toe box issue which causes the wearer to go up at least 1/2 to 2 sizes, depending on the style, which can cause the rest of the fit to be off. The MBT company representative recommended the Sport 2 which he said is very wide and has a roomier toe box. Although I do not have side feet at all, I liked the fit of the Sport 2. I had ordered them 1/2 size larger than my regular size and they were so wide they would need to be worn with super thick sport socks to work for me so I had to send them back. A

The MBT Fora is the 3rd pair of MBTs I have owned. I am usually a size 7.5 and my MBT Klima boots are an 8.5 and my MBT Chapas (which I am now going to toss in favor of my Foras)are an 8. I wear the Klimas in the winter and they are perfect for long walks with my dog. Over time, I have come to realize that the Chapas are too small and I should have bought them in an 8.5. My toes slam against the end of the shoe and by the time I really examined that, it was too late to return them. I have worn the Chapas in the past 2 springs/summers and they are not very breathable. For serious walkers, this makes for very sweaty feet. Now on to the Foras. I LOVE THEM! I bought them in black, size 8.5 and they are perfect. The body of the shoe is entirely mesh so I am hoping in the summer, there will be more breathability than the heavier Chapas. The Foras feel much lighter than either the Klimas or the Chapas but have the same comfortable rocking motion as the other MBT models. The Fora sole has a lo

These shoes are a life saver! I have used the sneakers (since they first came out) and stopped wearing them after I had a spinal fusion (didn't hurt anymore, didn't need them) then I got rear ended by a car a year later! My spine hurt! I remembered how wonderful these sneakers worked, but didn't want to condemn myself to being a fashion victim with dress pant and sneakers AGAIN!!! These boots are comfy, not as inclined as the sneakers, but I can already feel a bit of a difference in my lower back pain, and my c-spine. Plus I have lost weight!!! And my butt is tight! I highly recommend to anyone that needs these types of shoes... splurge, your spine is worth it! (Don't get all cheap and go to the knock offs... they are more sketchy... if you catch my meaning.) Oh and BTW, order a 1/2 size up, and they are wide enough for a wide width foot! Narrows I think you will need a thick pair of socks! Oh and great ankle support!

I was nervous about buying the _a href="http://www.vogueforever.-
com/"_MBT shoes _/a_because of the price. However, I knew that I could sent them back very easily because of vogueforever convenient way of doing returns. After wearing them around the house several times, I was comfortable taking them out in the real world. They are so great for my feet. I have arthritis in my big toes, and with my MBT's I feel absolutely NO PAIN. It takes a little while to get used to the rocking feeling, but now I barely notice it. I think this MBT is great for narrower feet, like mine.
